Your membership
Enter the email you joined with and we send you a one-time link to Stripe's customer portal, where you can change your card or cancel. No password.
Your membership pass
Your pass is the link in your welcome email, and it carries your own bring-a-friend link. It never changes, so keep that email. Lost it? Email hello@dancesimple.org and we send it again.
Cancelling
Cancel from the portal at any time: the membership runs to the end of the period you have paid for and is not charged again.
Within 14 days of joining you can cancel for any reason. If you have not been to an event, we refund the month in full. If you have, we keep the door price for each event you came to and refund the rest. The portal cannot refund, so email hello@dancesimple.org or use the model cancellation form and we do it by hand.
